Take Few Minutes Off & Loose Yourself In Your Thoughts

Feeling tired, lazy, sleepy, so busy that you don’t have time to sit and relax, or you just NOT yourself?
Then this post is for YOU! I have days where I am so busy I don’t have a minute to sit down or even eat. (Reason why I can’t eat healthier, I KNOW ITS EXCUSES) That’s life, but you can do something about it. I know everyone can find at least 30 minutes ones a week and just lay and relax.
Follow these steps and get lost in your dreams….
Find a quite place that had no TV, Music, Computer, or any other distractions.
Take a shower
Clean your face with a good (Your Favorite) face wash
Put on your favorite PGs or Nightgown
If you have any masks that take a while to set on your skin (Like “Clay” mask) apply that on your skin
Now is when the nest part comes in….
Lay down
Try to forget about all the things you have to do and all the drama in your life (if you have) or any other stress that is bothering you
Imagine now a place you want to be at like (Hawaii) and put yourself there imagine all the things you would like to do there that MAKES YOU HAPPY!!
Doing this one’s a week can improve your life style, you will be more relaxed and carry out things better and be more focused on anything you do. It’s like having your mini spa at the comfort of your own home at any time day or night!
HAVE A HAPPY AND RELAXED OUT THIS WORLD 30 MINUTS.
