Lets face it, most of us dont eat our veggies&fruits. I am GUILTY of that, for almost 3 months now I've been on top of my game, I consume more veggies&frutis and proteons then I ever did!

How?

Easy as 1,2,3,4.5......

I make smothies!!! They are the best, I dont know why until 3 months ago i have never did it! Its super easy and the ammount of vitamins, nutrients, minerals, and proteins its unbelivable! I decided to share with you, my super easy and fast veggie&fruit shake I make daily. There are so many benefits to drinking these daily, full of goodies for your body. You will see a change in your skin, nails, hair, energy, digestive system...etc.


What you will need:
  • Pomegranate Juice
  • OJ
  • Water
  • Protein Powder
  • Raspberry
  • Kiwi
  • Spenach
  • Bananna
  • Strawberry

Oh man this looks amazing! I will definitely have to try doing more fruit smoothies- especially in the summer! Can you taste the spinach in the shake? Just found your blog and have loved getting to know you better. I look forward to following along!
